The property has been well taken care of. We have been living 7+ years. We love it, very convenient location, close to most freeways and stores. Megan has always been very friendly, helpful and quickly responds to situations. Maintenance is really good, but it’s much better this year. They’re on time, quite professional; Michael is very polite and friendly. And always has an extra solution. Kudos to Pamela! Pamela assisted me in obtaining proof of insurance. She is professional, efficient and effective— and quite pleasant to work with!
This complex is decent for the price however the parking is ABHORRENT. No parking spaces near your apartment and it’s everyone for themselves. Don’t think about guests coming over as they’ll probably have to park a half mile away from your place. For the price of rent, the parking situation should really be handled better.
I had a problem with my dishwasher.Posted a repair request and they were there with an hour and are still doing follow ups to this day (THANKS ANTHONY )
