I had a problem with my dishwasher.Posted a repair request and they were there with an hour and are still doing follow ups to this day (THANKS ANTHONY )
Michael came and worked on out heater. It seems as though he has done a great job. He is very pleasant and very much a gentleman. Everytime Michael has been here he is very honest and hard working. He deserves a raise.
Maintenance and front desk staff have always been friendly and approchable. They answer my questions and make me feel welcome, especially Meaghan.
I have been here many years and the property, like any property, has had a lot of changes, good and bad. Their current maintenance, especially Kenny, are 5 star. They respond and fix quickly. The grounds have gone down in that the lawn crew doesn’t bag leaves and pine needles on the sidewalks like they used to. Meagan and the staff have always been nice and I feel safe and it’s a quiet environment. Good neighbors. They worked hard this year to communicate to residents and appreciate that.
