I’ve tried to get them to contact me about the GAS bill I received where it showed that I was still in the apartment when I moved out October 2023 and I have yet to hear from them so they can contact the gas company and verify that I moved out on October. I’ve called and went in person and always get told a manager will call you and here we are still waiting.
I've lived here over a year. I am very happy with my unit; the area I am at is nice, as it's right by the arroyo. Reading some of the reviews, I feel Iike compelled to address some concerns, as this is my home too. Parking can be hectic, because everyone wants to park right by their apartment. Sometime I have to walk, but its no big deal. Poop is left by lazy selfish tenants. However, I do see Sandia pooper scoopers here every couple of weeks picking up dog poop. Stay away!! All the reviews are true. I absolutely regret moving here.
Do. Not . Rent. Here. 1700$$$ a month for leaking pipes, a refrigerator that didn't close. A garbage dispenser that didn't work. Also. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. I've been asking the front office to get an exterminator our for 6 months. When they FINALLY get out, they dont do their jobs. Oh yeah, leaking pipes in the wall. Rusting, broken metalwork on stairs. Save your hard earned money this place is shitty in every way u will definitely have your car broke into the pool is barely open in the summer always be vandalized and punish the whole community the have cameras but are too lazy to check to see who's doing it instead they punish the whole community that pay outrageous prices then tell you you won't get your deposit back because they got to replace the carpet that was bad when we move in they been through 3 managers in three years I'll let you do the math stay away from this ... read more
