Ashley Hoffman surpassed all expectations! We were in final planning stages to market our Lake Anna Home for sale when we invited Ashley to represent us. After our preliminary meeting with her we were highly encouraged at having selected her and her Group to list our property. However, before we could list the home, Ashley brought a prospective buyer who briefly thereafter wound-up buying. No listing, no multiple viewings, no open house, no sign in the yard just Ashley!!!
