Waiting times are brutal for elderly patients. Our appointment was at 10.45 and the wait time was 3-4 hours. So basically we spend our whole day sitting and waiting.
Professor Mitchell and his team are truly fantastic. In my experience, the Professor is the gold standard of eyesight preservation. Before starting my procedures, I was facing the reality of total blindness; however, thanks to his expertise and the dedication of his excellent team, my eyesight has now stabilized. I am profoundly grateful to be able to write this review today, a feat that is greatly in part due to Professor Mitchell’s care. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Serious warning — this clinic showed alarming negligence and disrespect Speaking as a family member, the experience at this clinic has been deeply disturbing and, in our view, extremely unsafe. What happened here should never happen to anyone seeking medical care, especially for sight-threatening conditions.
