My boyfriend and I moved here from California for a one year internship and I have had a wonderful experience here!!! Maria is great and very responsive and friendly. We’ve only had to submit a maintenance request a select few times and each time it was resolved very quickly. The apartment amenities/building are always incredibly clean and my dog loves the dog bath area and the treats in the front lobby :) also love the package system (Luxor) and never had concerns with packages being stolen! Highly recommend.
The Asher is top tier living at its finest! The lobby and entryway were clean, accessible and smelled cleanly. I walked inside and it had the most pleasant and welcoming smell that I have ever smelled walking into an apartment complex. The bathrooms looked cleanly, and I really enjoyed seeing one of their sitting areas that led to a gorgeous outdoor space. I want to thank the Asher management team, Maria and Zach, for truly making the move-in and move-out experience go so well. They went the extra mile to help me with getting a bike unlocked during the move-out. I could always count on them for help with anything that I needed as they were very prompt and caring! The apartment complex was very well-maintained and the amenities wonderful. Thank you Maria and Zach for all of your help!
Fantastic new sports bar/restaurant in the hood. Our bartender Ashley was the BEST!
