I love this apartment complex so much. Most importantly the property manager Maria is extremely extraordinary. Im originally not from Minnesota I moved from down south and prices are very different from where I was born and raised. This apartment gave me the opportunity to be able to secure a loving apartment that I now call my home all thanks to Maria. She is super patient, very understanding, and sweet. Disappointing Management, Excellent Amenities I lived at Asher Apartments for 2 years and witnessed a stark contrast between the property's potential and its poor management. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The building is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference. The convenient amenities are a big plus, and I appreciate the fast response time from maintenance whenever I've needed assistance. The property manager and staff are fantastic—they're always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, I feel safe living here, which is a top priority for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt in Uptown!
