My fiancé and I want to look at an apartment (yesterday). We felt rushed through the whole appointment, The girl that showed us the apartment did not go over any amenities, and the hallway outside of the apartment smelled everyone’s cooking. Not only that but the original apartment that we were going to look at was not even ready so we were forced to look at the one bedroom model. Not a very heartwarming experience...

We have been here for about a month now and we love it! Everything is so convenient. And management has been very helpful and attentive. Ten times better than our old apartment.
A fantastic community, with outstanding amenities and great service
We've been living here for about 2 weeks now, and it's been very pleasant so far! Communicating with the leasing management was great, they were very patient with us and helped us tremendously with everything right up until we signed the lease. Upon move in, there were a couple of maintenance issues with the apartment (brand new, so these things happen), and they took care of everything for us. Location AMAZING, apartment GREAT, complex AWESOME. I highly recommend!

I'm highly annoyed that Ashby has claimed so many parking spaces at the South Hills garage. It's a huge inconvenience--I'm much further from the T now. The apartment spaces are mostly empty every morning of my commute. The garage was designed for park and ride commuters not apartment dwellers. It's a slap in the face to commuters who rely on the garage for their work commute.
