Former College + gap year student. Lived here for a year, and maybe people looking online might have a similar ideas. I'll keep it short and sweet: Pros: - Superb location. Access to important parts of cleveland. Right on Cedar Rd so route access to further parts like Beachwood, Pinecrest, etc. very EZ. - Covered garage (80 a month as of aug 2025) for the mixed public/paid covered with gate halfway up. Smell terribly
Good location, good furnishing, and most importantly GREAT and HELPING staffs. I went through power shutoff for five days, the leasing office did their best trying to get power on, and they also kindly offered me a guest suite for temporary stay. But beware of the electricity supplier here, you may want to reserve enough time to deal with them.
