I still really enjoy living here, the apartment is great and it’s really quiet, however, two issues need addressed. One is the condition of the pool. It needs a water vacuum and filter checks. Been dirty looking this summer. Two. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Everything else good.
Think twice. Every time it rains, the power and internet disappear. In winter, utility bills jump to two or three times the normal amount—a building wide problem repeatedly raised by multiple residents. Management’s response? “We have no control over it.”
Please restock the coffee and the matcha tea 🙏 and add the creamers and everything you guys used to have before
Place advertises these great amenities but then they stopped restocking the coffee because they are low on funds??? My rent price didn’t change though. Next time are they gonna cut electricity from amenities to continue cutting prices? DONT ADVERTISE AMENTIIES WHEN YOU DONT PAY FOR THEM!!!
