I had a great experience with the leasing team from the initial tour all the way through move-in. Zach in particular was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional every step of the way. Even when a technical issue came up during move in, he stayed on top of it and made sure there were solutions so I could get settled without major disruption. The amenities and common spaces are awesome, everything is clean, modern and well thought out. Definitely consider The Ascent for your next home!
Definitely was a good showing.
I just have one piece of advice: arrange your life to move in as soon after the tour as possible. My heart broke every day in between. What a friendly, peaceful, diverse, and opulent community. WYSIWYG! 2026 Update: Special shout-out to Vicky, Zack, and that big hearted unnamed man upstairs! I am officially a CPA because of the divine accommodation and luxurious living. I would highly recommend living here! I lived there for a year and 7 months, but I had to cut my lease short because I got married so I had to move back home to Texas! I enjoyed how everything was so close to me especially Case Western! And lastly, the staff is amazing and so knowledgeable! They were always ready to help :-)
