The Ascent, formerly known as the Current, the Provincial, and the Monarch, has finally found its long term owners. Walk2Campus has been operating in the Conway market since 2011 and acquired the Ascent in December 2021. The Ascent offers two and four bedroom apartments with luxury amenities, from the largest swimming pool in Conway to the new fitness equipment and more.

The apartments themselves aren't bad, nice living space and bedrooms even tho the rooms are smaller than Arch. Amenities are okay, pool nice but half of sun is covered by building and the gym equipment is honestly not good at all. When they "replace" your dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc it is so obvious that they take it out of some back closet somewhere. everytime u put in a work order they lock the door behind them, since this happened they locked me out of my place twice and i had to pay $75 each time tog eat back in even ... read more
Better than the pier
Smells like weed 25/7. They will find a way to Steal your deposit money (typical of apt complexes). Amenities (gym, grills) are falling apart. Apts are decent, usually. Regardless somehow still cheaper than neighboring complexes (Walk2Campus owns every other major housing in the area, go figure).
Would rate zero stars if I could. I would strongly advise against renting at any Walk2Campus Property. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the staff is incredibly inconsiderate and unresponsive. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it takes ages for someone to properly fix it, if they are even capable of fixing it at all. most rude, petty, and unhelpful staff. will overcharge so much and not do a single thing to better their apartments for you. would not recommend any walk2campus property. both buildings now overrun by roaches. management is doing absolutely nothing to solve the problem. this place is going downhill rapidly. in case anyone was wondering even after they responded to my original review the washer was not fixed for another 2 weeks.
