I would NOT RECOMMEND renting from any Walk2Campus properties. The apartments themselves aren't bad, nice living space and bedrooms even tho the rooms are smaller than Arch. Amenities are okay, pool nice but half of sun is covered by building and the gym equipment is honestly not good at all. When they "replace" your dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc it is so obvious that they take it out of some back closet somewhere. everytime u put in a work order they lock the door behind them, since this happened they locked me out of my place twice and i had to pay $75 each time tog eat back in even ... read more
Better than the pier
Smells like weed 25/7. They will find a way to Steal your deposit money (typical of apt complexes). Amenities (gym, grills) are falling apart. Apts are decent, usually. Regardless somehow still cheaper than neighboring complexes (Walk2Campus owns every other major housing in the area, go figure).
