As I am both a parent who's son is supposed to attend this centre and a call center employee I was VERY unimpressed to see that they play childish phone games. instead of patching me through to the person I was asking to speak too they patched me to someone who hung up the phone and when I called back assuming it was an accident they let me ring till I was picked up by Automated service, I pressed 0 for reception and was again left to ring till I was fed up and hung up.
