Overpriced, and not as updated as you think. Also, 30$ each month for parking? Why? Other places in the area do not charge that. What sets you apart from the rest? The answer is nothing. The apartments are smaller compared to other apartments in the area AND I've seen places with larger amenity areas charging less while still offering more.
I just signed my lease with The Arundel, and I can't help but express my appreciation for Michelle, the leasing specialist who assisted me. Her genuine patience and kindness made the entire process feel like a breeze. Michelle took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. She is fantastic!

Moved in today and am super happy. Ms. Shari Gant provided outstanding customer service from the first time I called and throughout my entire move process. She is really wonderful and very professional. Thank God for people like Shari!!! 10 Stars!!!
