Gorgeous building with lots of amenities. High ceilings, gym, office area, rooftop hangout and bbq common place, and more. Both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units come with walk in closet and decent size bathroom. Views from the build is fantastic and can be seen from every spot of this building. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Resident parking fee is $30 per vehicle per month. I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for my home at The Arundel, where I've had the pleasure of living for the past seven years. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated between Washington D.C., Baltimore City, and Annapolis, making it easy to enjoy the best of all three areas. I have lived here for about 4 years and have enjoyed every moment. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very friendly! I love how quiet the building is and the location is super convenient. The granite countertops, bamboo flooring, concrete construction, and modern appliances are a huge plus. I personally recommend a two bedroom with balcony, great for days the weather is nice!
This place is outstanding. The move in was very easy, they blocked off an elevator just for my move in. The maintenance, front office and grounds staff all are very pleasant and things stay very clean. Neighbors are very quiet and plenty of area just outside to walk the dog. The mall is just down the street and many great restaurants and multiple grocery stores nearby. I could not be happier in my apartment.
Overpriced, and not as updated as you think. Also, 30$ each month for parking? Why? Other places in the area do not charge that. What sets you apart from the rest? The answer is nothing. The apartments are smaller compared to other apartments in the area AND I've seen places with larger amenity areas charging less while still offering more.
