I appreciate the entire staff for their assistance in securing me an apartment. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and supportive. The apartment itself is beautiful and the community is even more beautiful. Great location and great amenities. Im glad to call my home The Arundel.

Gorgeous building with lots of amenities. High ceilings, gym, office area, rooftop hangout and bbq common place, and more. Both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units come with walk in closet and decent size bathroom. Views from the build is fantastic and can be seen from every spot of this building. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Resident parking fee is $30 per vehicle per month. I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for my home at The Arundel, where I've had the pleasure of living for the past seven years. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated between Washington D.C., Baltimore City, and Annapolis, making it easy to enjoy the best of all three areas. I have lived here for about 4 years and have enjoyed every moment. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very friendly! I love how quiet the building is and the location is super convenient. The granite countertops, bamboo flooring, concrete construction, and modern appliances are a huge plus. I personally recommend a two bedroom with balcony, great for days the weather is nice!
