I just moved in and I just have to say shout out to management here from Justice in the front to the office manager and maintenance. They’ve all been amazing and very helpful! 10/10 recommmend
FANTASTIC place to live. I moved here and only planned on staying about a year or so, and just moved out after getting married and ended my almost-eight year stay at the Arts. Danielle and her entire staff are awesome. Property is always clean, pool is great, and it's close enough to everything in Metairie (food, shopping, entertainment) but still quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle. *** update see comment below from the apartments *** Response to comment : thank you for the tone in your review. It allows me to show that this exactly how you treat residents. I lived in the arts for 1 year and left. They ended up charging 1300 for carpet replacement even though the carpet only had a single spot where I can confirm I had damaged it. So for that reason they are making me replace the WHOLE carpet of my apartment. Oh also they said my apartment smelled like urine which is not true because my dog has never pee... read more
I am 1 year into my lease at The Arts at West Napoleon and I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience! Everyone who works here is very friendly and work to make sure their tenants are comfortable. Nearly every time I have put in a work order, they have come out to fix it that day. I decided to move from Uptown to Metairie for safety reasons and I have felt nothing but safe since moving in. The 1BR apartments are very spacious and only have carpet in the bedroom, which I love!
