“PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENTS COMPLEX” My last utility bill was almost $1000 that’s insane and when I called complaining about my electrical issue this people had the audacity to false accuse me of turning on and off the light switch…. moved out and let me say I do not recommend waisting your time here I honestly couldn't wait till my lease was up . Manager is rude to everybody . Laughed at me when I complained that my light bill was $360 bucks for a 1 bedroom without knowing my situation . Can't believe I got treated that way when I payed rent on the month to month basis to be in comfortable in my own home . If you are looking for apartments that are close to hwy 30 service road or you can go back out and get to Broadway or Beltline Road. Nice layout on a 2bdrm apartments.entryway then master bdrm to right of entry. Living room, small dr and kitchen. 2nd bdrm off of the lr. Bathroom .
Nice looking from the Fwy. I used to live there for 2 years. I come home, marijuana smoke coming through my vents and walls, my next door neighbor dealing marijuana, my vehicles vandalized, dogs running lose, and homeless people sleeping behind dumpsters. When I reported it to the office, they just told me call the police. My AC went out, they gave me a window until for my entire apartment for days, and when the arts filed eviction on me, they refused my back payments, and now they sent it to s collection agency named Genesi... read more
