Swimming pools have been shut down for months. There is no security patrol nor surveillance resulting in theft and vandalism. Work order requests are not completed in a timely fashion, there’s just 1 maintenance guy. The office doesn’t answer the phones and when I went in person the doors were locked. The manager is short on patience and long on excuses. We cannot wait to get out of this place!
