Great massage! Joseph really knows what he’s doing. I’m finally getting some relief from an injury.
Joseph worked on a specific area of tightness and relieved my pain--3 days later it still feels great! He also coached me on loosening the area myself. Joseph communicated clearly and made sure I felt comfortable, checking in on pressure level throughout the massage. He took plenty of time beforehand (only billing for the active massage time) to be sure he understood my concern, then after to guide me on next steps to keep the area loose. My daughter was in town and went to Joseph for running related issues. She was very happy with Joseph and recommended I go there. I did and felt very comfortable right away. The massage was great. Joseph uses different modalities and was able to unkink my shoulder knots. I left feeling like it was time and money well spent. I will be back.
