replacing the crown and initial exam went well but I have been waiting now for more 3 months that they submit the claim to my insurance as they promised they will do (because of an initial misunderstanding about my coverage). this is not happening despite going in person 2 times. Also, they told me they will call me to give me an appointment to fix other dental issues but still no call or an appointment despite my follow up. not impressed by their service.
Great dental office with excellent service and staff! Dr. Segal was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist.
