Great products and very helpful staff
I haven't been there yet and already had a totally unprofessional service. Over a week ago I called to schedule an appointment for tomorrow at 5:30pm because I have an important event on Wednesday. I got a phone call today at 4:30pm to say that "The barber doesn't work on Tuesdays". So they waited the whole week to tell me this at last minute. So I asked her to go today, but she said "No, the barber doesn't work on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesday". That's a very sorry barber shop. When you see their prices you expect the highes... read more
Stylist Ryan does not understand punctually. It is understandable how his rating is so low. After I walked out, because he was not in his studio at the time of my appointment, he called sniveling about how I was waisting his time. I had driven 50 miles and arrived 20 minutes early. He felt that his being a few minutes late should be acceptable for the sheduled 1 5 hour time frame. Time is Money. His lack of customer importantance cost him $160usd. His unapologetic voicemail cost him my future business.
Great shaving products. I really like the SANDALWOOD SHAVING KIT. It smells so good.
