Went to Art of Shaving in Charlotte based upon my previous experience in one in Orlando. My experience in Orlando was AWESOME! Charlotte...not so much. Making the appointment was painless. Was called by someone at Art of Shaving to say that they made a mistake and my appointment would be 45 min later. Not a big deal. Arrived 2 minutes late, found out they gave my appointment to someone they thought was me. So I now had to wait even longer. The only saving grace was the woman at the front. Great stuff just high priced
