Very helpful staff, ended up buying a display TAOS Thiers Issard straight razor. Great customer service, and knowledgeable.

Staff are rather unprofessional and run the gamut between rudely ignoring or pestering guests. There really is no in between. On one occasion stood over me like I couldn't be trusted around sharp objects. On the next the associate seemed bothered by having to put down thair phone. Save your money better razors can easily be found online.
My experience with the Manager Cheri Knight, over a malfunctioning razor was abysmal. I had a rather expensive razor separate from the blade head. I had spoken with previous management at another store and they had agreed to replace it. Rather than take care of a customer who has spent several thousand in their stores, she chose to try to sell me a new razor.
