it was really bat , i ask for service and they said " NO " , it was today a 2:30 pm . The employee doing nothing .
I spent $440 with this company - I specifically asked for an item that can trim hair, and was just up sold the most expensive shaver. Come to find out it’s not even a good shaver and can’t trim hair. I emailed customer service and they told me I can get a full refund in store - but the store manager “Mickey” at Boca Raton Mall refused to do it. The customer service number doesn’t even work and you have to go through the most roundabout process to even try and get someone.... I have still not been given a refund. So now the c... read more
