Received a coupon from them that explicitly said it can be used both online and in store yet store employee wouldn’t honor it.
Unauthorized up-charging. I went in to purchase shave cream. I selected my product, and paid for it at cashier who grabbed a cloth bag off a rack next to the cash register, put the product in the bag, and handed it to me. After I paid, I looked at the receipt and saw that he had sold me a special bag for $1 that I didn't ask for and that he didn't ask me about. I went back in and confronted the sales person and got a refund and a very nice paper bag.
