Amazing help and great customer service. Their products are quality and I’ve been happy with it. However, the store at the Polaris Fashion Place in Ohio is not there anymore and that’s upsetting.
The sales woman was combative and rude. I'm not sure why she wanted to argue with me- but its obvious customer service and training is optional for these people.
I started shaving my head and the experience was not entirely pleasant using the mainstream shave gels and after shaves. Enter Nick my shaving consultant at The Art of Shaving. He educated me on products and demonstrated their use and effectiveness without making me feel pressured to buy or rushed. I left the store with a starter kit of oil, shave cream, badger brush, and after shave balm and it has been life changing.
