I most often use google reviews to praise businesses, and rarely take the time to leave a poor review. However, I was especially disappointed with my experience at the Art of Shaving, Crabtree. The marketing/sales was intentionally misleading. While shopping, I made it clear that I was looking to buy a gift set. There were several on display, and I picked up the one I was interested in purchasing. The sales person assisting me took it out of my hands, placed it back on the shelf, and said that was a “display gift set”. He ha... read more
I stopped in for shaving cream and safety razor blades. The gentleman that assisted me seemed to be new, didn't know the answers to all my questions. That didn't stop him from seeking an answer for those he didn't. I left with blades, cream, and a new razor. An hour and a half drive later I check my bag to find the wrong razor. After calling the store they promptly helped me sort the issue out at zero cost. I shipped the wrong razor to them, they shipped the other to me. It came in much sooner than I expected.
