Store looked nice from the outside of locked doors, sign on the door said they would open at 5 PM store was closed at 345PM on 6-21-19. I guess they make enough money to close in the middle of the afternoon....
Chris in the Sarasota store is a lifesaver! I called the 1-800 customer service line and was coincidentally connected to a store in my state. I ordered a gift online, + overnight shipping, and was expecting delivery today. I still hadn't received a confirmation number, so I called customer service to see if there was an issue.
