My boyfriend and I stopped in so he could get some things, and the shop assistant was very welcoming and friendly. He talked us through different product options, invited us to smell scents, and encouraged my boyfriend to pick up the different options to see how they felt. He ended up getting a range of things, and has been very happy with the products and the razor he bought.
I generally like their shaving products - shaving cream especially - though some have become way too expensive (after shave balm for instance). And while it's still easy enough to pop in for a new tub of shaving cream, I constantly feel like I'm being up sold on their other products and services lately, which makes me want to avoid the store.

I went in to look for disposable razors for my “feather razor”. The aroma smelled amazing and I figured hey why not buy shaving products for all of my students. Long story short the man working took my $300 razor holder into the back. He came back and said we have nothing for this razor holder (pretty much goodbye, attitude).
