Had a great experience with their seasonal employee, Kevin. He's VERY knowledgeable about their products and very friendly!!
Overall a great experience the gentleman that helped me said that the best deal was the full size package when deciding against his recommendation he continued to help me. I purchased the smaller kit and while walking around the mall I returned and bought the full size kit since it really did make the most sense.
The guy who works here did not greet or welcome us when we entered the store, he didn't acknowledge we were even there. I find this very rude according to the US standards. Will not be going again.
Was interested in buying beard oil as a gift. I decided not to buy because the guy there was so rude. He mocked me because I didn't understand the different uses, and purposes of beard oil and beard balm. I'm a woman...how am I supposed to know?? I was looking to be educated on the product and receive a positive customer experience. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the man's attitude and I decided to take my money elsewhere.
Bald head with beard salesman was terrible! I was interested in the Kingsman display so I asked him the cost. The man kept saying how it is a display and there isn't a "cost" as everything is priced individually then kept walking away as we asked more questions. The guy kept dodging our questions and provided us with replies filled with insunation that I couldn't afford to drop 600 on a gift WRONG
