Heather is just so good at what she does. She has a deep understanding of how the body works, how/where stress and tension is stored, and how that can be released. She is such a skilled practitioner - definitely the best massage I have had. She also provided me with simple, daily movement exercises that have been a great help. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Heather is professional and desires to see her patients live without pain. I have struggled with tension in my shoulders and neck that causes headaches. Heather helped work on the tension and gave practical things I can do at hope to help release tension. She gave the best massage I’ve ever received!
Heather is amazing! Had no idea how much tension I was carrying in my back and she helps release that and gives practical advice on what to do in between appointments. Highly recommend going, you will feel better than you knew was possible.
