Be extremely careful to not miss a payment because you will be discharged without even A warning and no refills on your medication. I called today to have my medication refilled only to find out I’ve been DISCHARGED! They refused to call in my medication until I find a new physician. Great care and immediate results. I've been with Doctor Cardwell for over 30 years. Why won't I leave? The answer is because they care.
Dr Simpson is not a good provider at all - she has no care or compassion for her patients. My mother was her patient for about 6 months and during that 6 months my mother received the worse type of care possible. Dr Simpson is rude and extremely disrespectful. The team pretends to work with you, they never keep up with their protocols, nor do they keep actual track of your records and if you ask to send it to your new doctor definitely expect to wait over a year for them to give you the time of day THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE EVER!!
