I have had a nearly 10 year service history with Mike Bertish- the owner of this salon- who has cut my hair over this long time period. He calls his customers in the week before their appointment, and you have to return the call to confirm, or he will cancel your appt. I have no smart phone at this time, but have a landline. He did not call me this week (late December, I triple checked my Caller-ID), and we had a snowstorm and it was very cold (for Vancouver), and when I called his line, it had the disconnected beep-beep sou... read more

Mike works very hard to deliver the style requested. He has a great wealth of information about appropriate products for a person's hair.
Mike os personable, priced fairly and most importantly very good at doing hair.
