As good as it gets for the price? You have to be the type of person that likes a little history or an interesting building, or the location of the building. The building is renovated, and well done, but the layout is not a modern layout. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are on the small side for the price. The shower and bathroom are HUGE for the price (or at least feel like it). Parking is either on the street, or for a low $25 (when available) you can get a "secured" spot behind a gate. Beautifully remodeled with some minor flaws I've been living at the Art Decos for a couple months now and overall it's a nice place to live. The apartments are small one bedrooms, but are renovated and modern, perfect for a young adults or college students. The units do have a washer and dryer combo in the kitchen, but they take longer to get through a cycle and can't hold as much laundry as a regular washer and dryer. Art Decos (Urban Village) Nicely redone older building. Great location. Rent is pretty average for surrounding areas. Great hardwood floors, new fridge/stove. Washer/dryer combo is great-convenient and saves a ton on space, but slows down the process a little. Urban Village staff is mostly helpful, maintenance is great, responds quickly. Nice space for one/two people. All white is a little hard to keep clean, but not bad.
