I am composing this review due to my mother's unfortunate experiences with this law firm. Specifically, I am referring to an individual named Chuck who works there. He has consistently been rude to my mother during their phone conversations, often being disrespectful to the point of making her cry. He has pressured her to undergo treatments that she is unable to pursue because of her heart condition, which my mother has firmly declined.
