Recently moved away from the area due to military orders and dreaded having to leave this gym. Joel is a fantastic business owner, the trainers are friendly and skilled, and the programming is built for guaranteed progress. The gym itself is immaculately clean and the equipment is very well kept. Because my children also took part in their kids/teen classes, the cleanliness was something I highly valued. I am approaching 59 years young and tried 3 crossfit gyms. This place is the best. Great equipment and great people. If you are a beginner, its warm and inviting. If you are a pro, its got it all. Everyone is welcome.
