Extremely unprofessional - I booked in for an initial discovery call, and received a call 10 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. I let Krystle know I’d need to reschedule - she appeared accomodating and without hassle reschedule our call for the following morning... The following morning came (I arranged a babysitter so I could take this call), I waited for 20 minutes and tried calling the clinic, and she never called. Krystle is the best wingman in a journey towards to a better body and mind - she is kind, supportive non judgmental and oh so calm in this crazy world!
