The ABSOLUTE worst place ever. This should be called The Parent Rip Off Center. The staff NEVER EVER answers the phone! They are rude, and make it difficult. This should be a simple process. The so called security is a "JOKE" and the hours of operation are non existent. I think I'll start my own center and charge people nothing to see their kids. The Armand Center and the people that work their are criminals!
Dealing with this Center was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you have any choice, do not choose this center. Ms. Carter is a very cruel woman with no regard for how she affects others lives.
I tried to confirm a visitation this past Saturday, and the person on the phone was very rude, even though I spoke to her in a very decent manner, I could clearly notice her frustration and rudeness in her voice, she was inpatient and cold. On the other hand Ms. Stinson, the director, was cordial and nice since the day of the intake, her approach is different. I truly believe they should work on their customer service and have someone with more empathy answering the phone.
