Kelly was such an absolute big help! She went above and beyond with her communication & made the moving process for my partner and I easy. We appreciate her so much. And Todd, the maintenance supervisor, is very nice as well!
I've enjoyed living at The Arleta for sure. The front office is helpful. The maintenance person is awesome; gets things fixed fast in the rare case I need something. The amenities are nice, and the location is prime. Overall, love it here.
Worst place I have ever lived at. First off these people are thieves. They will charge you extra money every month for no reason masking it as utilities charges. They will bother you everytime they want you to pay your rent. But they will not come and do any maintenance you ask to be done. Every-time you try to renew your lease they will increase your rent. My best impression is that it’s clean and well-maintained. Landscape is trimmed and non-tenant parking is very limited. The building is basic and functional. I think the apartment layout is primarily one and two bedrooms) I don’t believe there are any three-bedroom apartments here)
