not loyal to their clients We had used them for 20 years for our black lab. In her last year we needed surgery on her and asked them to let us pay in a few weeks, as we did not have a check to then They would not do it. so much for how the vet sees his long standing patients...just money,,,nothing more.My black lab died at 21 years of age but in the process we found a wonderful vet for her. we would never recomend him to anyone. He for selling products not loving caring. PROS: CONS: cold hearted
Because Animals can't talk Tuesday 3/23/10 my dog (70lb Lab) and I were out walking at Golden Garden ponds and he ran through some bushes and came out yelping. I looked down and he was gushing blood. I rushed him to The Ark Veterinarian Clinic and they got him in and I was able to pick him up at 5pm. They told me he had to have 7 staples and that they would need to be taken out in 10 to 14 days that he had cut a main artery in his left front paw area. Fabulous care The Ark Veterinary Clinic is THE place to get quality medical care for your pets. I have been a client since 1989 and have never been disappointed. They are thorough and explain things in a way that is understandable. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is very conscientious. A great clinic all around.

The best Vets in Eugene Drs. Helton and Collins are the best vets in the Eugene area. They are conscientious about caring for your animals, always thorough, and they try to keep costs down as much as possible. Their clinic runs smoothly without long waits (which make my dogs nervous), and their staff is terrific. Dr. Helton has extensive experience with dogs and really keeps up on new developments to keep your older dogs healthy and active.
