Ark Mobile did a great job cleaning, sealing and replacing gaskets on two 5th wheel air conditioners, checked and repaired all of our 5th wheel seals. He serviced our generator and batteries. Repaired our cable driven slide-out and replaced the motor on another slide-out. Everything was done with the highest standard of workmanship and very fair pricing. I’m a first time RV owner. I’ve used their services before when we first got settled in the park. I called to set an appointment and they were so helpful! I was having an issue with the propane connection. The woman over the phone said this is something I can fix easily on my own! The owner Eric walked me through the whole thing over the phone. The Ark company did a quality job with repairs. Available during winter storms, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. They made invoicing and warranty repairs stress free. I was impressed with quick diagnostics and very surprised with structural service repairs. This company handled: freezing issues due to service defects (HVAC issues, duct work, insulation, circuit issues, electrical plug defects, poor craftsmanship, and structural issues).
