Had a great experience with Adam over the phone for scheduling and Gary in person for our RV repair. They were able to get us on schedule quickly, Gary was on time, and was able to fix our problem. He was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this team.
We can’t recommend The Ark Mobile RV enough! One of our AC units went out and needed a full replacement. There were several challenges - our extended warranty company was a pain to deal with, and the specific unit we needed was in short supply. But, Jessica and Eric went above and beyond to make it happen. We were staying a bit outside their usual service area, but they made it work and were incredibly accommodating.
