Had an electric emergency...no power! The night time temperature was going to drop dramatically and so we called ERIC of ARK Mobile RV Repair. Office manager Jessica was very helpful in coordinating an emergency service call. Eric came and resolved our issue.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience with Ark Mobile. I have used their services several times in the past, which makes this situation even more baffling and disappointing. In June 2025, I hired them to repair three areas of water damage on my RV (roof leak, back bathroom sink leak, and main bathroom toilet leak). I am so grateful! Called Jessica in tears about our toilet. Eric and Matthew came out to inspect the issue. Eric is very knowledgeable....we thought we had to buy a new toilet ..upwards of $400....Eric figured out it was on recall then looked through our paperwork on our RV and found we had a warranty as well!
