From the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. Jen, who answered the phone, was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. The entire team went above and beyond to get me scheduled as quickly as possible. Eric Flores came to our rescue to fix our broken toilet while we were staying at Shady Creek near the Dallas area. He was very friendly and professional, and his repairs were in a timely manner. I would highly recommend The ARK Mobile RV Repair & Services.
Eric came out and he was wonderful. He found the problem and we were up and running in less than an hour.
The technician that came out was Eric he was amazing. He was here for about 20 minutes and figured out the problem. We were up and running in no time.Best service ever. Highly recommend.
Eric, Jess, and the team are INCREDIBLE!!!! We had an A/C go out during summer in Dallas and they were able to squeeze me in next day, fixed my A/C, and my family is nice and cool again!! I can't thank Eric, Jess, and the rest of the team enough, as we are on the road for another 2 weeks. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you are having any RV troubles in the Dallas area.
