Jacqueline was incredible! I don't take well to someone who tries to sell you on everything and she was the exact opposite. On top of being super kind she wanted to learn all about my skin, the issues I am having and educate me on the products they have and how they can help so I can make the decision for myself. I will be returning and recommending her to anyone who asks!
I went to The Ark Medspa today for a facial and laser treatment, and it was honestly a great experience. It started with a consultation where the staff took the time to understand my skin and what I was looking for. Jacqueline was amazing with my first appointment, did great education made sure I was comfortable with every product going on my skin, followed up to make sure I had no more concerns and assuring that no problems were appearing after my facial! So happy to have finally found an esthetician who can care for my skin and is kind!
I cannot recommend ARK Medspa enough! Denette is wonderful, takes her time to really get to know your desired outcomes, and is very particular with her work! I’ve never been this satisfied with Tox services. I travel from Shepherdsville, KY and have made the drive on multiple occasions just to visit them! I will continue to trust Denette and The ARK to take care of me!
Woke up with a headache after a fun night out and decided to try The Ark Medspa for an IV treatment—so glad I did! The staff was incredibly kind, the atmosphere was calming, and I left feeling refreshed and rehydrated. Highly recommend for a quick wellness boost. I’ll definitely be back!
