I went to The Ark Medspa today for a facial and laser treatment, and it was honestly a great experience. It started with a consultation where the staff took the time to understand my skin and what I was looking for. From there, they customized a facial specifically for me, and the results were noticeable right away—my skin felt refreshed and had a healthy glow. Got a lash lift by Jackie and she did an amazing job. A whole month later and they are still holding up and I feel beautiful!! Highly recommend Jackie to anyone. She has the best personality and makes you feel so comfortable and confident.
Jacqueline was incredible! I don't take well to someone who tries to sell you on everything and she was the exact opposite. On top of being super kind she wanted to learn all about my skin, the issues I am having and educate me on the products they have and how they can help so I can make the decision for myself. I will be returning and recommending her to anyone who asks!
Love this MedSpa. They have been my go-to for my "tox" for a while now. The spa is beautiful and clean. Denette and Jacqueline are so friendly and knowledgeable of their crafts. I've done a variety of services with Denette and all have been great. The IV therapy to avoid illness was so helpful during flu season. They run some great deals through the yr too and the open house is great. My daughter does facials monthly with Jacqueline and her skin has cleared up with these services and the skin regime she now has instead of us... read more
I cannot recommend ARK Medspa enough! Denette is wonderful, takes her time to really get to know your desired outcomes, and is very particular with her work! I’ve never been this satisfied with Tox services. I travel from Shepherdsville, KY and have made the drive on multiple occasions just to visit them! I will continue to trust Denette and The ARK to take care of me!
