There are two volunteers I talked with here. One was a younger woman who was always empathetic, helpful, and wanting to gather as much information as possible to assist. The other is an older woman that does more harm than good. She’s sarcastic, gives you snide remarks, refuses to look at any documents you may have, and says she will get back to you with zero intention of ever calling you again. I have reached out several times to ALC for assistance with a property manager issue. The attorney who called will not agree to set up a 10 or 15 minute conversation for him to assess the merits of my situation so that I can at least know what, if any options I have. As a result, I've been playing phone tag with the guy for over two months. That is absolutely unacceptable and is not the least bit customer friendly.
