I would like to change my rating. From 3 to 2 stars.It got a little better for a bit. However the experience living here has declined. The elevators don't work making getting to the laundry room in the basement more difficult. Today I went to take my dog out to the little dog run and it was pad locked shut. This is so unacceptable. I am a quiet tenant I clean up after my pet and I am denied being able to use the dog run. Dog waste bags are provided only inside that run. The management here is over all incredible! I've been here for 6 months and appreciate the newest manager, LaSara A LOT. And Sophia is super awesome and kind, these two have helped me out so much! Super patient people as well!
Terrible. Terrible Environment, Terrible Maintenance, Terrible Tenants, Terrible pricing & Fees. If you're looking to live comfortably at a somewhat decent price; LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I’ve lived here long enough to say this place is not worth the money. The heating and air rarely work (if at all), and my dishwasher has been broken since I moved in. I’ve put in multiple work orders, but the maintenance request system and even the so-called “emergency” number never actually work or get a response. On top of that, there are hidden fees everywhere especially for things like “parking,” which is overpriced and still not secure.
