Do Not Live Here!!! I lived here with a 12 month contract. There is NO central A/C. If you want AC in your place below 78 degrees, you have to request for an AC Unit and that won’t get you below 72 degrees. Then their team will give you a window A/C but it is taped in the frame with plastic film (easy to break into with this) and they do not care about your safety. I’ve dealt with no air conditioning, weeks long repair for a broken window (and on the first floor where people can easily break into), absolutely no gate fixing which slows houseless and drug users to use our parking and courtyard for their “needs”. Getting the main gates fixed would be helpful but they’ve been “broken” for 2+months. Something I pay for monthly is not getting taken care of and what a shame and waste of money. I visit my brother quite a lot here, and every time I come I have to hike up 5 flights of stairs to see him. I’ve never been to an apartment that has their elevators down as frequently, and as long as this complex does. 9/10 times I come to visit it’s broken. While visiting, I notice a lot of tenants with chairs that smoke outside and I feel for them when I come for my weekly hike up to my brother’s apartment.
Great service. A huge improvement compared to other apartments I’ve lived at. I can’t complain. I love the quiet private environment and the respect that the leasing office has shown us. Plus Penny Anne’s is next door.
I would like to change my rating. From 3 to 2 stars.It got a little better for a bit. However the experience living here has declined. The elevators don't work making getting to the laundry room in the basement more difficult. Today I went to take my dog out to the little dog run and it was pad locked shut. This is so unacceptable. I am a quiet tenant I clean up after my pet and I am denied being able to use the dog run. Dog waste bags are provided only inside that run.
