Office staff is super friendly and property looks so cute and clean!
I’ve dealt with no air conditioning, weeks long repair for a broken window (and on the first floor where people can easily break into), absolutely no gate fixing which slows houseless and drug users to use our parking and courtyard for their “needs”. Getting the main gates fixed would be helpful but they’ve been “broken” for 2+months. Something I pay for monthly is not getting taken care of and what a shame and waste of money. Don't walk RUN FROM THIS PROPERTY, I have lived here for about 2 months and it has been going down hill ever since Cisty left and was replaced with McKenzie Macias, which ironically is the same woman who magically appeared at river rock apartments one month and made the place an even worse place to live, She thinks she's better than everyone and she shows it, the management wants you to follow all these petty rules that just magically appeared but dont clean or maintain anything, the pools always filthy or closed and you pay... read more
Office Staff is very nice and knowledgeable the property is so cute and everyone is very friendly!
McKenzie is really nice and does a good job at keeping the area nice and respectable for all tenants!
