was lied to about the cost of breaking my lease when the building stopped getting leased at capacity. very disappointing
Just don’t
I was looking for a loft style downtown and considered living at the Argyle. After touring I would not recommend this location. The staff was unprofessional and the property was not well maintained. There were broken automated doors, filthy rugs, spit on the floor, and the "penthouse" featured a disgusting community fridge and broken patio furniture. There are better places to live, don't waste your money.
Absolute best place we've ever lived! Staff is incredible!
