These guys manage a property near me that is a blight on the neighborhood. I called and politely asked for them to investigate an issue with the property and whomever I spoke with was immediately dismissive and condescending. The yard of the home is not being cared for and the tenants are now dumping their trash in the front. Overall the condition of the house has been getting worse since these guys have been managing it.
