Argus is so quick to respond to any rental property issues. I’ve never dealt with a property management that is so responsive and active. Highly recommend renting or leasing through them.
Our family has been renting from Argus for 2 years. From the application process on, Argus has been an amazing landlord to have. They promptly resolve any work orders, they have fair pricing and they are very kind and helpful, even with small items like how to replace garage door openers. They also help with any HOA issues we have. Overall this is a great company to rent from.
These guys manage a property near me that is a blight on the neighborhood. I called and politely asked for them to investigate an issue with the property and whomever I spoke with was immediately dismissive and condescending. The yard of the home is not being cared for and the tenants are now dumping their trash in the front. Overall the condition of the house has been getting worse since these guys have been managing it.
