I enjoyed class @ the Arena this morning! Very motivating with 100 % class participation! A very energetic & positive environment!! I felt refreshed and great after mixxedfit class with Quincey in Luei of Shabam for February for the last 2 Saturday’s! Great environment & awesome customer service from front desk also! Very Helpful! I would certainly recommend!
