We were members of the Arena Club for over a year and after our contract period we ended our membership. 4+ months later we are contacted by email saying that we owe $600. I stated that the membership was canceled and I had confirmed with the staff at the front desk 1 month later. Today I was told that they had no paperwork regarding the cancellation and if I could produce such paperwork or tell me who I spoke with 3 months ago. Seriously? Thanks to Carmen for helping Robert Oliver Crane Sr & I with our membership, she is awesome!! Great place to exercise or to take the kids for a fun day!! The staff are so friendly & helpful!!
Every experience has been good there . I especially want to give them a shout out. Last Saturday there was a situation that was in question about shots being fired at the college.
