The Float was heavenly
I had my first float a couple of days ago & karen was so helpful in making me feel comfortable & educated & I can't wait to go back
I have had 6 cryo slimming sessions and I really noticed a difference, I lost several kilos and had no negative side effects at all, definitely recommend it!
Pretty shocked by how this business operates. When you pay $40 for a 30 minute sauna you expect you would be able to use their shower facilities after. It's abit gross. I use to be allowed to shower after my sauna but now they say no. And say they can't they don't have time. Yuck.
I use the infrared sauna. Just book, walk through and jump in the sauna. Would be great to have a cold plunge pool or shower afterwards, but it's a hassle-free process. Love the new Bluetooth speaker in the room. I come every 2-3 weeks. Love it.
