A visit here is nothing without spending time on the rooftop. Climb the maintenance ladder too, so that you can enjoy the unobstructed view of all of New York City...and be safe!
The elevator situation is hellish.
Don't live here. It's poorly run and over priced. They have been working on the elevators for an eternity.
Great building, lots of character, excellent doormen, most of the apts are sleeping lofts so not ideal for young kids. And the annual rent changes w what the market can bear, be warned.
If you decide to rent here , hold out for a unit that looks west over the river.
