We were in town visiting a family member and stayed at The Archive in their apartment—absolutely loved it! The amenities were top-notch. The gym is legit, with everything you need for both cardio and weightlifting. The rooftop was another highlight—beautiful and perfect for entertaining. The location couldn’t be better: right downtown, steps from great restaurants, and just across from Nicollet Island, which made it so easy to get in a scenic outdoor run. We loved our stay!
Apartments have literally everything I was looking for, Katti was really helpful. Love the location.
I lived at the Archive for 2 years and loved it! It’s great location right on the river and close to all the activity. Management is great and very responsive. The apartment itself is very quiet, beautiful interior, and great amenities. My favorite place is the rooftop lounge. I will miss living here!
I'm a new empty nester and moved in about a year ago. I love it. Great location, amenities (gym, sauna, dog run, rooftop), and people. Younger tenants so there's a great energy, but solid soundproofing so each unit is quiet and can't hear your neighbor. The property management staff are friendly and accommodating (Special shoutout to Katti). Walking distance to Target Field, has river views, easy access to river walk and stone arch Bridget. Summer Festivals! Extending my lease for the foreseeable future.
I've lived at Archive Apartments for almost 4 years now and have really enjoyed it. I recently transitioned into a two-bedroom unit with a view of the city and the process was smooth and easy. The community is well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the staff has always been helpful. I'd definitely recommend Archive to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live
