I left Minneapolis and The Archive over a year ago, and I still miss it. I lived there for a little more than a year, and it was by far the best place I’ve ever lived - especially considering I’ve moved frequently for work and have experienced dozens of different buildings. My husband and I moved in 2 months ago and simply love the place. The management is wonderful and they go the extra mile to keep everything well maintained.
I toured The Archive with Martin and had a wonderful experience. They were my second choice apartment complex, but could have easily moved up to first choice if they had a 2-bed, 2-bath available in my timeframe. The 2-bed, 1-bath units I toured were just a bit small to fit our king size bed comfortably.
Lived here for almost a year because it’s closer to Yale and had an excellent experience. No concerns whatsoever. Justin and Amanda have both been wonderful to work with. Justin made the move-in process very smooth, and Amanda handled my move-out and lease termination seamlessly. Both are extremely responsive and quick to get things sorted.
