Worst place to live.. they have old school heaters that run on all the baseboards that are on year-round. You have no control over the temperature and they charge you for it. We had two months in a row during the winter where are gas bill was over $130.. for a one bedroom apartment. we lived in the basement apartment and it flooded every time it rained or snowed in our bedroom. It was built in the 50s and is really run down. Lived here for a year and all I can say was that we were disappointed..
Found BLACK MOLD during showing- I toured Unit #8 in the Arches Building at 177 300 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84103 and found black mold in the bathroom. If this is how they prepare an apartment for showing, I can only imagine how they maintain them when no one is looking. They had terrible reviews so I should have known better. They refused to refund the administrative fees even though a lease was never written. When I called them out on never sending me a lease, they then said they had problems with their email. Do not live here. First month there we had a roach problem. Our carpet flooded every time it rained. We had several homeless people knock on our window.. also there will always be homeless hanging out in the back parking lot by the dumpster. Management is horrible. One month they charged us $15 for gas the next they charged us $130. They keep the radiator on 24/7 and you have no control over it so it could be 85 in your apartment and you couldn’t do anything about it. Worst apartments we’ve lived in.
