I have literally never had consistent wifi in this place, as I’m writing this its the 4th time this month the wifi has cut out for longer than 5 hours which is unfortunate since I am trying to complete summer school. The wifi actually cuts out MORE often during the school year but its still awful during the summer. The only thing redeeming about this place is the front desk people who do their best to help given the resources but overall this place is not great if you need internet for literally anything. I’ve been living at Central House since August 2023 and honestly, I really like it here. My apartment is so spacious, I feel safe, and the unlimited parking is like unlimited of spots. It’s been a solid place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone moving to here!
The maintenance team is so fast when you have problems and i love being pretty close to campus!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I can say that I’m happy with my experience. For the price it’s got everything you need and more. Pretty clean and spacious apartments. Maintenance is very timely. Close to campus. The employees are very nice. There are some miscellaneous fees that goes on top of your rent every month. Had some noisy neighbors and the office didn’t respond to the issue, but you’re in a college apartment complex so it is what it is I guess. These apartments sell out fast.
