I’ve lived here for 2 years and I can say that I’m happy with my experience. For the price it’s got everything you need and more. Pretty clean and spacious apartments. Maintenance is very timely. Close to campus. The employees are very nice. There are some miscellaneous fees that goes on top of your rent every month. Had some noisy neighbors and the office didn’t respond to the issue, but you’re in a college apartment complex so it is what it is I guess. These apartments sell out fast. Horrible Experience! My safety was violated multiple times and when asking to break the lease due to this they stated, “That’s unfortunate, but we never said it was safe.” Maintenance entered the apartment on 4 different occurrences with no work order going on and no permission to enter and would move random things around each time over the span on 2 weeks. Front desk had “no documentation of them entering” and told me it was my roommate doing it (she did not bolt an ac unit to our window). Very scary when they enter and I a... read more
charged over 100$ for utilities even though I have to have cold showers most morning. evil. i hate it here.
Illegally towed my car while I lived here without making any attempt to contact me or any other residents about the car. Also has a very very nice man working maintenance for them--but he is very obviously in need of more support from the ownership group. Furniture was missing or damaged on move-in, most which was never repaired or replaced despite multiple maintenance requests being made due to the lack of care from the owners. I lived at Central House for a year and loved it. My current roommate wanted to move and that is the only reason I left. The apartment was nice but management was even better! You could go to the clubhouse and ask/talk about your problems and they would help you out right away. The maintenance guys were incredibly nice and always did a great job. Had a way better sense of community than any other apartment complex I have lived at.
