I lived here for 4 semesters and I can honestly say it is the worst possible place to live, I think I would rather be homeless. Whoever runs the complex is a complete moron. The facilities are disgusting and the amenities are never open. They strictly enforce towing so you better not park anywhere your not supposed to for more than 5 minutes or you'll get towed and it will be 200$ my toilet flooded 2 times when I lived here and neither time did I use it before, it just happens. I have lived at The Arch for almost three years now and I can say that it is a great, well rounded community. They have made big improvements since I've moved in such as adding a 24/7 Fitness Center, renovating the gym, more community events and slowly rolling out new furniture. The staff here at The Arch are also friendly and helpful. It is located at a convenient place for both UNT and TWU students. They offer a lot of great amenities and one of them being the Starbucks Coffee machine.
RecommendedThe Arch was my first apartment after college. I had a few things that I thought could improve but overall it's a really good community. Getting your own room with restroom and having a spacious living room and kitchen furnished was a great package! Don’t move here. They charge for everything, move you in with families of 4 including the dog. And won’t do anything about it. If there’s someone there who obviously lives there but isn’t on the lease, don’t worry about it because they’ll still be there regardless. Roaches,random maintenance in your room without notice. And crazy bills when you move out. DONT MOVE HERE.
If you don’t register your guests car literally with in 10 mins of them parking it, it will be towed. I’m sick & tired of this happening. I have sat & watched the tow truck wait for you to get out of your car & hook up to it, not even giving you time to register it. If theyd get the gate fixed registering our guests would not be a problem. I will update my review when I move out.
Do not move here. Horrible place they will charge you for damages that were already there when you moved in . They will tell you they are going to come and fix something and don’t . Don’t waste your time or your money . Me and my roommates were living with mold in hot water heater closet because they did not fix properly.
The Arch of Denton I am looking for someone to take over my daughters lease for next year. you can move in 12/01/2018 or 01/02/2019. The lease will last until 7/31/2019, this will save you from signing up for 12 months. The room has its own bathroom and can be occupied by either a male or female. Rent is $699. If you take over my daughter’s lease, no deposit and we will pay your 1st months rent. Internet and Cable TV included. Apartment is pet-friendly. If interested please send me a message.
This complex is quite, big , clean and majority of the neighbors are friendly. The stuff is very nice and easy going.
