As a plaster contractor in the area I'm used to always having to order my material and wait for it to arrive. When I had an American Clay project I was surprised to find out there was a local supplier who had material in stock and was even willing to come in early for me to pick it up. Project turned out beautiful, client was thrilled and so was I.
The American Clay plaster workshop that I attended with Jim and Cathy at The Arch exceeded all expectations. They are knowledgeable, kind, and clear in their instruction. The Arch has an abundance of materials and samples to see and touch, which is very helpful when trying to understand the subtle differences in clays and pigments. The hands on activities were very informative and fun. I highly recommend Jim and Cathy for a workshop, as well as retailers for green building products.
