I tried to donate a sofa. I like to make donations to worthy organizations whenever I can. it was great that they were willing to come pick it up but a waste of time. I was told they would come sometime after 10 AM. At about 2 PM they showed up, took a picture, sent to store manager who said they wouldnt take it because of the pattern? it was in perfect shape and a very expensive Ethan Allen sofa floral pattern. you should make it clear that you may turn down the donation for some reason other than it being in bad shape.
